This video is incredible! I think it speaks for itself. For those that think writing is "linear", this teacher from Irvington, NY (my neice both attend Irvington Schools!) I'm excited to think they may have the opportunity for such forward thinking.

More and more sites are now becoming web 2.0. this site for example. also digg, google, flickr, youtube, wikipedia and any user-submitted content site. its amazing how fast the web is expanding and how much that we can contribute to it now. no longer is the internet a one way stream of information. we can now stand out and be heard, and we don't need to be a computer genius to do it. all it takes is a few simple mouse cliques and we have our own little niche in the web. now we are contributing more and more to the web, but at the same time, can access more information than any other generation has had access to. any bit of information is at your fingertips, and just a few mouse cliques away.
So true Eric. It especially excites me to know that students and even those as young as beginning readers can be published and read by anyone all over the world. Will Richardson refers to what you describe as being "clickable".....it is just one click of a mouse.
